Set reminders that prompt you to change position at intervals you choose. Reminders are configured in the desk settings and can be adjusted or turned off at any time.

Personalized productivity suggestions
The assistant offers suggestions based on the position settings and routines you use in the app. It does not measure your health or posture, and its suggestions are guidance rather than medical advice.

Where your model and app version support it, the app records height adjustments and sitting-standing routines so you can review your patterns. Tracking availability depends on the features your desk supports.

Control through compatible devices
The desk can be operated from the companion app or through voice assistants on compatible devices. Voice control requires a supported assistant and a compatible hardware setup.
